How do I place an order?

1. Select your size and color
2. Choose the quantity

4. Review all order details (size, color, address)
5. Complete checkout - production begins shortly after purchase

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once production begins, we cannot cancel or modify your order, including changes to:

  • Size
  • Color
  • Shipping address
  • Item type

What is your Shipping Policy?

Processing Time

All apparel is printed on demand.
Production time: 1-3 business days before shipping.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 2-5 business days
  • Canada: 10-30 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-30 business days

Shipping times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking activity may take 24–48 hours to start updating.

Incorrect Addresses

Voarma is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Please verify your address carefully at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Voarma is not liable for:

  • Carrier-lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery errors outside our control

We will help you file a claim if possible.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on print facility availability.

Customs Fees

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import duties.

What is your Return & Refund Policy?

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Change of mind
  • Color-visibility issues (see details below)

Each item is custom-printed exclusively for your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

Contact us within 7 days and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A full photo of the entire item

We will submit a replacement request immediately.

Sizing Issues

We cannot accept returns for sizing concerns.
If you believe the wrong size was printed, send us:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the label
  • A full photo of the entire item

We will review the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • A replacement is not available
  • The item is damaged/defective and cannot be reprinted
  • The package is confirmed lost by the carrier

Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

No Refunds for Color-Visibility Issues

Voarma does not issue refunds or replacements when color-visibility problems occur due to the customer’s apparel color choice.

  • A customer chooses a dark-tone garment and expects dark text to stay dark (text will switch to white for visibility)
  • A customer chooses a light-tone garment and expects light text to stay light (text will switch to black for visibility)
  • The selected apparel color makes an image or artwork less visible because image colors do not change
  • The automatic text contrast adjustment (light→dark or dark→light) is different from what the customer expected

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to select an apparel color that ensures the best visibility for both text and image designs.

Screen vs. Real Product Notice

Due to differences in device displays and printing on fabric, the colors, brightness, and look of the design may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.

These small variations are normal and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

How should I care for my Voarma apparel?

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Wash with similar colors
  • No bleach
  • Tumble dry low
  • Do not iron directly on the design
  • Do not dry clean

How do you match the design color to different apparel colors?

Color Matching Notice – Text Designs

For apparel that includes text designs, Voarma automatically adjusts text color for the best clarity and contrast:

  • Bright/light apparel colors → black text
  • Dark/deep apparel colors → white text

This ensures clean readability and a polished, professional look.

Important:

Image or graphic designs do NOT change color.

The colors in picture-based or illustrated designs remain exactly as shown. Because image colors stay the same, please choose the apparel color that best complements the artwork.

Will the actual T-shirt look exactly the same as the picture on my screen?

The design you see on your screen may look slightly different from the printed T-shirt due to:

  • Differences in screen brightness, color calibration, and device settings
  • Variations between digital mockups and real printed garments
  • Natural printing texture on fabric (cotton fibers, heathers, blended materials)
  • Lighting conditions during product photography vs. your home environment

This is a normal part of apparel printing, and small variations in color, tone, and placement are not considered defects.

Choosing an apparel color that complements the design is the customer’s responsibility, and Voarma does not issue refunds for color-visibility issues.
